My story
Like many healers' journeys, my path to becoming an Author and Energetic Alignment Guide began with my own "dark night of the soul".
In my late teens, I plunged into a deep depression after an injury derailed my career as a pre-professional dancer. With my lifelong dreams of dedicating myself to the craft suddenly shattered, I was beyond devastated.
After three long years of suffering, I woke up one day sick and tired of being sick and tired. I had hit my pain threshold and decided I had to figure out how to be happy again, or else…I wasn’t going to make it.
“God, I don’t know what a girl’s gotta do to get some help around here… But SEND HELP. I’m ready to feel better. I don’t want to kill myself.”
That prayer saved my life.
I asked and I received. Just weeks after my Hail Mary prayer, I didn't just recover – I completely revolutionized my understanding of human potential. I was sent all the right resources and threw myself into studying what it really takes to live a great life.
Through intensive study of psychological, spiritual, and metaphysical practices, I discovered that we are far more powerful than we've been led to believe.
Naturally, I couldn’t keep all this life-changing information to myself, and I decided to share it through books and a blog.
Fast forward almost a decade, and that little blog has blossomed into a raving 5-star podcast in almost 100 countries, several published books, international retreats, and multiple online programs.
All designed with one purpose: to help you manifest your best life in the most self-loving way possible.

According to a famous past life psychic, in one of my past lives, I fell overboard a small boat and ultimately died of hypothermia and that’s why I’m allergic to the cold in this lifetime!

I experienced a spontaneous “Kundalini Awakening” when I was 24 and it opened up a serious pandora’s box of psychic abilities, including chatting it up with the dead.

People often tell me that I look like my YouTube co-star, a miniature wiener dog named Otto. Even my own mother has told me I’m “one of those people” who look like their dogs.
